I was using tikona for couple of years(ID 1102496990). But after frequent connection issues I applied for Disconnection. But their representative won’t entertain you for disconnection. But after insisting on it I disconnected the services 4 months back.
But on 18 March I got a call from an advocate Sanjay Patil stating that you need to pay Rs.2700 or else there will be a warrant issued against you in a day. He was not even willing to answer my queries. I called tikona support service and they said that only Rs. 1300 is pending, and that too of the month in which I haven’t used their services. Still I paid the amount to avoid further issues.
I called the advocate again, and asked him about the details of amount Rs. 2700, and told him that Tikona support gave me an amount of Rs. 1300. After hearing this, he started abusing me saying "Teri aukaat nahi hai kya bharne ki" "Tere baap ka naukar nahi hu baar baar call karne kliye" and using words like "Buddha" "Bihari". This is totally unacceptable. Pathetic.
Heed my advice. Never take any services from Tikona. They will harass you till death. This happened with couple of my friends too.

I had shared my experience on facebook. To which tikona replied to post a complaint on their forum, which I did but it never got approved by the moderator hence was not visible on the forum. I again posted abd again the same.
Today I got a call from Tikona regarding the complaint and he was apologising, and was ready to refund the amount which I paid. Ie 1300. This goes on to show that it is a fraud company. They make beggers call customer posing as advocates and threatening them. If they pay than its their profit or else they dont care. Cheap tactics. Even if they are real advocates what is their fees? Advocates who are issuing warrants and fighting case for mere 2000 bucks?
