Don't get it !!

The worst, and I mean the worst, internet service provider that I have ever experienced and I’ve been using the internet since 1994. Don’t even think that you’ll get the connectivity, the reliability or the service you think you might get. DON’T DO IT!!! 70 calls to tech support in 3 months and only three engineer visits when each time I was "assured" that an engineer would come. Calls to their 800 number get cut off all the time, there staff can’t communicate with other people in their company. If you like being frustrated, then Tikona Broadband is for you, otherwise, leave it alone, in fact when you see it, RUN!!!!


It’s now been almost a year since I cancelled and haven’t used my Tikona account yet in the last month, I’ve received at least 10 calls asking my to pay my bill.  I seriously think that a bunch of monkeys (literally) are working there because they don’t have the intelligence to recognize that a customer cancelled their account almost a year ago.
