The worst, and I mean the worst, internet service provider that I have ever experienced and Ive been using the internet since 1994. Dont even think that youll get the connectivity, the reliability or the service you think you might get. DONT DO IT!!! 70 calls to tech support in 3 months and only three engineer visits when each time I was "assured" that an engineer would come. Calls to their 800 number get cut off all the time, there staff cant communicate with other people in their company. If you like being frustrated, then Tikona Broadband is for you, otherwise, leave it alone, in fact when you see it, RUN!!!!
Its now been almost a year since I cancelled and havent used my Tikona account yet in the last month, Ive received at least 10 calls asking my to pay my bill. I seriously think that a bunch of monkeys (literally) are working there because they dont have the intelligence to recognize that a customer cancelled their account almost a year ago.
