Tikona owners should be shot by a firing squad

I have tried tikona in mumbai as well as pune and I have come to understand that they have a pathetic customer service as well as pathetic connections. The service is awful and if I do get connectivity it feels like that I am using the VSNL dial-up I used in 1998.


When I try to call their customer service they have not yet responded to my request and it has been 2  weeks and I am still hoping for a resolution.
