The worst service provider. My sincere advice to people is dont opt for their services.I called them over 27 times. Yes I have called them over 27 times but they have not resolved the issue. The engineer they send at home are 10th STD pass under graduates and .They dont have any professionals with them.
They trap you with Prepaid charges so that you cannot go away. You loose your money.
I have been mentally harassed by them. They dont care about you. Mr. Nair- I very sorry to say you cant provide service so you should leave the market. I have lost more than $2000 and have to face humiliation in front of my clients when I say I cannot send a mail because my internet is not working.
