The worst service provider in service industry. If Tikona ppl are selling it free of cost then too dont buy this product and their service. They will install some so called Modem at your place and charge your 250 Rs. then after that they dont bother whether it is working or not. they are doing business with only this 250 Rs. of customers.
Their customer care (18002094276) and its options # 1 2 3 are full of fool people they too know that they are there to earn only this 250 Rs. Cant Use abusing language here else these rs are fooling customtakeouters they do charge Rs 4000/- for one year but their customtakeouter care (customtakeoutercare@tikona.in ) could not tell even a single person who is happy or useing this service. So friends dont be fool and dont go for Tikona.
