Took this connection as the speed was promising when the demo guy visited my home. After installation worked fine for a week.
This connection was taken mainly to do vdo chat with my family in India as I live abroad. The connection staryed giving prob as soon as I left India. Managed to talk with family hardly dew times when the speed issue came up.
After that no connection error. Complaint closed without solving the problem. Also the engineer never found my address but the bill reached promptly also the recovery guy when bill not paid because of the non connectivity issue.Got harrasment calls at home from few guys pretending to be some lawyer from delhi and threatning to file case in ’High Court’ ( for a bill of 1000) and send police at my home to arrest me if outstanding is not paid within half hour of the call. P.s - finally when the engineer found my home after 15-20 days the problem found was with their instrument fitted at rooftop which had stopped functioning and whenever calls were made to cc they had said that everything is ok from their side and the connection is working as per their system. No refund or waiver of bill given. Case still pending. Harresment calls stopped after threatned to lidge poluce complaint against them.
