No good service provided, brought me to the Court

I took the connection and closed after settling all the outstanding payments and device has been recovered.  After 3 months bill was sent to me I have told them about the device was recovered and provided the name and mobile number of their team who came to recover the device after connection was closed.  But Tikona never contacted their own team about the request and they simply sent me a bill for 1500 and somebody from Delhi called me that case was filled against me and come to Delhi for the case.  never seen such bad  way of treating a customer in spite of providing a bad connection. I used this connectivity for 1 year and almost I call customer care 20 times a month for the connectivity issue.


Worst part is did not called the customer and under stand the issue simple they treat you like default customer and create a bad history record on your name. I had bad experience and better learn from me. I get a call from lawyer from Delhi and this disturbed me lot.  Better stay away from such operator, dont be preyed for less bugs with such service provide.
