I disconnected my connection on 19 august, I then checked the connection status on 13 september it is disconnected or not and unfortunately it is running. I again made the request on 17 september to disconnect the connection and it is still running in the suspended state with added bills of months.
In the starting of the november I felt to use the connection again because you did not closing it and I raise the request to activate the connection.
The customer care person told me to pay the bill of 1700 rs something to re activate the connection. There is no pending amount in august when I raise the request for disconnection, and I raise this request because your connection is not running for more then 10 days in august. So why I pay the bill which I am not uses. If you want to me to your customer again then I can only pay the bill of august only for those days which I use the internet. Otherwise I don’t want to use your services as your internet and support services are not good enough to continue.
