TIKONA in NCR - Worst Customer Services

I was looking for an internet connection in NCR region, so though of giving a try to Tikona after looking at its available plans. I applied for a connection on their website and surprisingly got a call from their sales representative within 1 hour of time. I informed them about the plan I intend to opt and asked to give a demo of the same. The intention behind the demo was to check the speed I will be getting at my node. In return, the sales guy confirmed me that they will arrange one by today or maximum by tomorrow.


I didn’t get any kind of communication from their side for almost 5 days, so to inquire about the things I called them back and then the sales person informed me that they have shortage of hardware for the installation/demo, and their technical team will be visiting me today for sure and provided me with the contact number of the technical person.


Again I didn’t get any communication from them for 2 days and I contacted the technical guy and asked him to provide a demo. He informed me they will directly install the product and will not provide any demo. I contacted the customer service for the same and their response were also not satisfactory.


So, they looked to me a bunch of non performing people who are not abide to provide good customer services and avoided any further communication with them(however there was not any from their side after that).


When it is such a big deal even to get a connection, then further services will definitely give a pain, so better to avoid such service providers.
