I am writing this review after getting badly mentally harassed and tortured by the pathetic and the most worst ISP on face of this earth. It can’t get worse then this, my internet is dead fpr almost 20-25 days now
.i am calling their customer support each and everyday and spending hours and hours on telephone calls daily. First of all their toll free number is usually busy so I had to call on the other number which is not toll free. So apart from time I had to spend my phone balance on those shameless people. Everyday they tell sir please give us this final 24 hours.
Your issue will be solved for sure. And each and everyday nothing happens. They make fool of customer. Now my net is totally dead for 7 days and there was poorest speed from past 20 days. And eventually the net gone totally dead on last friday. Since then I have to call everyday. Now there network team is so ineffiecient and incapable that they are not able to solve this problem in 25 days. This is pathetic this is highest level of customer harassment. Now yesterday their senior executive told me to give him more 7 days.
I mean after giving those spineless and shameless creatures 25 days they are asking more 7 days. Is this a joke. People please stay away. They are monsters who take your money and suck the life and blood out of you. I don’t have any words to describe these pathetic and most shameless people. I am mentally harassed and tortured. Please do not opt for this ISP. RIP Tikona.
