I am trying to disconnect my services FOR THE LAST 17 DAYS but no one at tikona is listening. I called them on 9th Jan to disconnect my services, but they keep making fake promises that it will get disconnected in 24 hours. It has been 17 days. I have TALKED TO THEM 12-14 TIMES since then.
I EVEN MAILED THEIR APPELLATE AUTHORITY 7 days back but all they said is, WE ARE ALREADY WORKING ON THIS ISSUE. These guys are frauds.
I have read several reviews here that tikona keep on sending bills even after you disconnect, and KEEP MAKING HARASSMENT CALLS.
