I have used this broadband for 1.5 years. It was the worst experience in my life. I was mentally torchered by Tikona service. I opted this since there were no other broadband service provider in my location.
I have logged 27 complaint in 1.5 years on service unavailability. They used to take more than 24 hrs to restore service and I used to run to office even at night to get internet access.
Here comes worst part. I called them to cancel the connection and I was not using from that day. They took almost 30 days to collect the device. After this I got a call from customer care to pay settlement amount of around Rs.780.
I fought with them since I have not used net for last 30 days and 27 days of outage at the time of service. They started threatening me that they will go for legal path. I said to go a head.
Today, after around 2 months I got a call from Delhi saying that they received the legal notice from Tikona. Now I am not sure how to proceed on this.
I advice all, who needs to go for tikona, I would definitely say please NO... Dont loose your peace after subscribing this 3rd class service.
