Hi guys today I am sharing my own experience about Tikona Wibro. I took the connection of Tikona wibro last 4 months before.The offfer was going on so I thought to buy this connection.They were giving 3 months free wifi.After using it for 3 months I realized that it is really very bad service provider.It does not give the really very good internet speed.I was unable to access the internet because there were not any network.The internet speed is very slow.
I paid 2000 for this.I did not get anything form Tikona.It gives only upto 128 kbps speed which is really very worst speed ever.
The connection reliability is also not really very good.Everytime the connection goes off.Very poor connection.
The service and support of tikona is very bad because they took too much time come at your home or their customer care does not work for 24 hours.The engineers made us wait for a week.if you will registered the request for repairing and for any problem be prepare to wait.
They will not visit before 7 days.Once I registered the request and they told me that it will take upto 72 hours but they came on 7th day.
Very bad service and support.
