I started using this connection in April 2015. 4Mbps(30GB CAP) . Worked great for first 2 months. There were issues here and there, but ignore-able basis the speed and money.
The issue started from June 2015, no connectivity or browsing speed worst than dial up.
July 2015- no connectivity for almost entire month. Spoke to customer services numerous times - same answer, there is a known issue in your area and will get resoled in 24-48 hrs. These 24-48 hrs never ended.
July end 2015- decided to relocate connection - 300 meters away from where I use to live. Got to know that they cannot provide connection there.
I was promised waiver for entire July 2015 - still waiting for the same. Additionally I had advance payment with them. Despite that I requested for disconnection - they generated and billed me for Aug 2015 as well.
Finally I am waiting for their final response. If they do not return the money, I would have to take legal help.That was my story. So moral of the story is: never ever pay then in advance.
