We got a Tikona Wireless Broadband connection installed in our apartment in Gurgaon and have been weeping since. The connection is painfully slow with download rates at around 1-5 kbps usually. Even Google search takes more than a minute to load. Numerous complaints have gone unheard, they give vague excuses ranging from "We are working on it" to "We will refund your money". We are paying for a 512 kbps unlimited connection, but Tikona is making a mockery of the term Broadband Connection. Tikona WiBro is not always on and definitely not 256 kbps minimum. They don’t have their infrastructure in place and are allotting connections anywhere and everywhere. Please take care and check carefully if you want to go for Tikona. I wouldn’t advise it.
