I got Tikona installed since it was the only option available in my building. The connection is extremely unreliable because it doesnt work more than half the time - especially in the morning and early evening. This isnt occasional glitch in service or a frequent breakdown - its almost daily unavailability of connectivity for more than 2 hours a day.
Contacting the customer care center only gets generic replies and apologies in plenty but I have a feeling their contact center doesnt forward complaints to any Tikona department because theres not even been a marginal improvement in services over the last 5 months.
