Lost all hopes

I am one of the unluckiest customers of the infamous tikona broadband connection. I shifted from airtel to tikona with the hope of better speed , reliability, 24*7 connectivity, good service provider. But voila!! What I got what one of the stupidest mistake of mine as well as that of my father...long waiting period uneducated people who try to solve my problem within 48 hrs but in vain ! I am very disappointed with our decision..plus to add cherry on the cake my father who trusted the person who came to our house with the plan. Mr. Dhananjay did payment of 6k ie for 6 months.


I don’t blame mr. Dhananjay. Its just their freaking satellite is obsolete I guess :/ i am now thinking of shifting to spectranet. I have had the worst experience with tikona. Tall promises.They support you only till you make their payment uske baad to vo apne ghar main apne ghar.That’s all folks its your decision to make. Don’t ever fall into their trap.
