Tikona was installed on a fine Sunday at 6 pm at my home. It was working and the technician that came for installation, Mr. Ravindar(phone number: 8886048901) took some tip amount and left.
Come Monday evening, 6 pm, tikona does not work . how long, exactly 24 hrs. the connection failed. No single person( Hyderabad Mehdipatnam incharge Mr. Sai kiran reddy, Ph. NO: 7659046688) answers. All these individuals I mentioned here switched off their phones.
I called up the call center and the brainless idiot says it is working. I challenged that useless fellow to prove it. no answer.
next day another worker visits my place, He changed the antenna and it worked.
2 days gone and again the same problem. again I call the call center, I get the prompt reply. it is working.
Idiots! don’t you have a working brain in your heads? If it is working, customers don’t call you. I tried to make this reason with every other person I could get hold at Tikona, with no use.
To my surprise, I found everything is hunky-dory reviews on mouthshut. When I check the details, I can vouch and say, these are paid reviews. Never every do the mistake of buying tikona.
