I have been using this connection for more then 2 years. as per my experience this would be the worst service provider ever.
Tikona connection breaks on every 1 hour, and while asking for solution from customer care. they say to restart the router. even if it breaks 40 times a day.
I had been given many waivers for disconnection, but suddenly I came to know that they have been added in my next bill.
My Monthly bill never came as mentioned. it will surely added with some fine.
Top most the customer support, they will never listen you, they are there just to tell you their conditions only, nothing more then that they can do for you.
Now its being 2 months, since I told them to disconnect my services but still my connection is continue
I will advice everyone not to take there services. you can find many better ISPs in your locals.
