Disconnection request: Escalation

I requested disconnection more than 6 time. They have been billing me continuously and forcing me to pay by threatening to file a case.(I have paid my last outstanding, though I have not used at all) After which all the devises were taken away by a tikona employee confirming disconnection last month.


He has also given me a confirmation letter stating that its disconnected and again Tikona have sent me a bill this month. I tried customer care and there is never an immediate reply. Call back in next 48 hrs? That is total crappy customer service. Which never happens.


If they are going to keep sending me bills and force me to pay, I am ready to face the issue and raise it to next level if need be.! Very dissatisfied with the customer support. Airtel is far far more reliable. Even during my tenure with tikona, the speed was very much fluctuating and disconnects frequently. I strongly suggest not to take tikona connection.
