I want to cover my experience with Tikona service. I have been using Tikona since 1 year, initially I faced lot of issue with tikona service, also there were times when I was in urgent need their customer service did not pick up calls. Many a time even I thought to switch my connection was so frustrated with their service, all ISP have the same issue; we just can hope that they can be better with times.
Just a hope :D :D Surprisingly!!! I am glad to see drastic improvement in their service from last few months. Recently I faced issue related to connection was not able to open a particular website and I went online through my smart phone and posted my query on Tikona official forum as I didn’t had balance to call... I was surprise to know that within an hour received quick response from their executive. He did reply to my query but still was not able to understand and was not able to solve the issue by myself.
I asked him it would be good if he send one of his Tikona technician at my place, very next day the Tikona technician was at my premise and within 15 mins he resolved my issue.. I was very impressed the way they have improved their service from past few months, I hope they continues this...Thumb up for the quick service and quick response....looking for long term relation :) Small suggestion if they would come up with more better plan within our budget it would be great :D :D
