Recently I had some problems with my Tikona broadband connection, because I was simply not able to access the internet at all, so I called up Tikona customer care. The customer care executives were really courteous and assured me that the problem would be resolved within 2 days. And within 2 days, the Tikona guys came over to my place and resolved the issue and also apologized for the connectivity issue.
I am really proud to be a Tikona customer.
