No Disconnection and No Refund

This is my second Tikona review. This is to inform all Tikona users and all other people who wants to buy Tikona Broadband services that, If you guys have frequent issues with Tikona internet service and you decide to disconnect your services, then thats not an end of your struggle but its beginning of your new struggle.


Where Tikona will put lots of restrictions on you and still they will not process your disconnection request. Periodically you will receive a call from Them asking to give them one more chance.


But if you decide to stay firm on your decision to disconnect then they will say that you will receive a call from their billing department(which will never happen) without any specific time limit on it. If you are pre-paid customer then forget about your paid money because Tikona does not provide refund to pre-paid users even if they cant provide internet service. Thats Tikona’s policy and my fight with Tikona is to get the refund of my hard earned money.


You bang your head and put on your complaint to any medium like - Tikona Forum, Tikona Customer Care or Tikona Appellate Authority but you want get any resolution.


You put your complaints on any web forums like - mouthshut.com, consumercomplaints.in, consumerforums.in,  https://core.nic.in then you will get a common reply from Tikona saying - "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We regret for the inconvenience.


We have checked your account details. Our customer care team is already working on your concerns. We will ensure for the satisfactory resolution on it.

And that’s it, you will never get any followup response from Tikona(Based on my original complaint which is more than 2 weeks old on mouthshut.com). Guys so only way to fight Tikona is to be aggressive against them and put as many bad reviews against them on as many online forums you may find and share that details across all other users. I am also planning to send Tikona an Official Notice before filling a case in Consumer Court. If my issue is not resolved in next 7 days.
