Please, don’t use subscribe this service ever and ever you will become mad as their service is so poor that I am frustrated by calling their customer support service regarding my network issue.
Their plan is quite cheap so I decided to use it and give a try although my friends told me that their network coverage is quite poor but I want to experience it myself so I install their broadband service at my room.
At starting I took a plan of Rs500/- + 74 including service tax means final cost would be roundup to Rs600/- .which was quite cheap for me to afford it.
But after few days the problem started sometimes during day or evening my network gets disconnected or it would run too slow.
I had complain many times to their custumer support service but I would get only one reply sir you issue will be solved within 24 hours. I get mad whenever I heard this words as if they have memorised these lines or it might be in their script.
FINALLY JUST READ THESE PROS AND CONS
PROS
-plan are really cheaper starting from Rs500/- unlimited usage.
CONS
-Frequent automated call messages for payment due
- network coverage is very poor as it disconnect frequently
