I got a mail today from tikona over my long time issue related to speed and frequent disconnection which states(image attached) from January till date(28th feb) I asked for disconnection which request never taken, plan degradation never taken,
=Tikona is Fraud=
Please Help me supporting my review and sharing it as much as can to save someone like me from tikona wasting money, time and get in depression.
I am attesting some image which will prove that tikona is fraud and Customers are not the priority for them.
I am also attaching my call record in which you can see I answered the tikona call which asks for is your issue resolved and I selected its not
on 27th feb

and on 28th I get a mail which states that the complaint is closed as you didnt answered.
