Tikona is waste of money and time

I am using Tikona broadband service for the past 6 months. I have 4MBPS plan, but I am very rarely seeing 4mbps speed.

There is a differential speed for different websites as well. If I guess, they are controlling QoS for different kinds of traffics.

This is against the broadband rules. Their Customer care support is one of the very irritating service I have ever seen. The response also bad. Very frequent broadband service disconnection issue. Very often there will be service outage. Better go for other standard broadband services like Airtel, Tata Docomo, etc
