I had applied for this connection a year back and I had heard lot about this provider. They had just not made connection properly. Also I had selected for 5 Mbps plan.
And now after the connection the downloading speed is just 100 Kbps which us bit slow. Also I am a student and just download many files so I have to wait for 7-8 hours for just 1 GB to download.
Apart from speed the services they provide is also not good. If there is some problem then the problem is resolved after one day and if some sort of holidays come then expect it to resolve on next working day. Also if you call for some fault then they just don’t pick up the call easily. Also they are rude. I suggest not to have internet service from this provider.
