Dear readers,
I have written the reviews earlier also about TIKONA. To add on that, now to even disconnect the services I have at least called 10 times and still nobody has responded. Most of the time customer care says "WAIT I WILL CHECK" and then the call is on hold for hours till you get frustrated and cut automatically. Just think of a customer care who intentionally keeps the phone calls on hold.
I am a software engineer and I understand the kind of people who will read these reviews and their need so take my words do not opt for TIKONA.
