Tikona plans in surat are good. It seems value for money compared to other internet service providers. But when there is any problem of speed, malfunctioning of modem or router or if the settings need to be configured, tikona service is worst at that time. In rainy season the Network card gets bad as is the case in the cable internet.
The tikona people do not pick up the phone at customer care and if they take the complaint, their person never comes on time at least I know, they dont give service . I found that they dont have proper collection centres as most subscribers are not aware of their payment methods. I know one that is easy bill outlet and other one is they collect on a payment of Rs.20. If the user is a high data consumer then only I recommend tikona else its a sure no no for business people where bsnl etc are available.I had stopped the connection even though they generated a new bill and telling that they will sue on me.
