I am u r customer which I feel is biggest regrate for taking broad band with tikona.i will put in notice borad of my Company also(TCS).
its has been since 6 month I was using this service and somehow with poor service I managed despite of complaining, but now I have to move and I informed u r guys 20 days back itselfi no one called me every alternat days I have to call and I get reponse someone will call and wil collect device.
do u think customer is fool and free to call u guys.
