Bad Connectivity, Don't go for TIKONA

I have already wrote my reviews on TIKONA’s bad services and I don’t know why it is marked as resolved though issue is still persist. I have mail to mouthshut support and received no satisfactory reply.


I have attached one screen shot here with, is while I was in mid of my ICICI banks transaction and internet got disconnected, due to which my money has been deducted with unsuccessful transaction. I have to wait till 3-4 days to get my money back.


SO PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON TIKONA.


and I come to know that 12th Pass people joins there as online technician.


Its better to go with DOCOMO Dongle.

I am using TIKONA services since December, 2014.


at the time of feasibility it gave a full speed as per plan I opted. But after 20 days it started fluctuating in speed, instability in connection.


Calling TIKONA customer care and they promise resolve it in 24 hours, but situation remains same, you have to take daily follow ups with them. Within that 24 hours I received system operated call to confirm if my problem is resolved, If resolved than "PRESS 1" if not than "PRESS 2". I have pressed to and guess what it said "We assume your complain is been resolved".javascript:void(0)


It happened with me 3-4 times.


I cannot rely on TIKONA to do any banking transactions, beacuse there were many times it automatically disconnects internet in between your transaction.


When we call customer care, the have same piddy excuse "Sir, your network is flutuating and switching towers. You have to On and OFF your modem."


My question is "Did I paid to ON/OFF or to talk to customer care everyday.?"


I already read bad reviews of TIKONA, before I taken connection, but only reason I opted TIKONA is that it was the only service provider in my area.


Also, it login page takes too long to load. disconnection problem, speed fluctuates.


DON’T GO FOR IT.
