Well its really like a joke that you really use Tikona.
Its my own experience, when I installed tikona wibro 6- months ago, i’am still facing many problems regarding their services and senseless bills. even they don’t disconnect my connection on requesting of disconnection by me, although i’ve requested 10s of times.
And what I say about internet speed and regarding packages, its totally fraud. they show something and happen something other. Their is no reliability related to connection and their promises, there is no responsibility about their customer.
Overall whole the service management from sales executive to their managers and heads all are fraud and irresponsible, even customer support is also worst. Its totally bad experience.
