Pathetic service from Tikona

This is regarding clouser of Tikona account and number online request number is 1-3626833715. The I have requested to close my Tikona account on 11th August.


I have not received any confirmation call from your end. Dont moreover how can you generate a bill of complte month till 25th Aug.? The bill should be up to 11 August. Kindly revised the bill and send the bill till 11th August. Its been more than 15daysand no action has been taken by tikona.

Hi kaushikkopal,Thank you for highlighting your concern. we have checked your account details.As per your request Service disconnections has been initiated for You Tikona account on 30th Aug 15We shall compute and intimate you, within 15 days, your final payable amount against above Service account. You may receive an interim Bill in this period if your bill cycle is already due. Any recurring /rental charges after your Final Bill Period, if applied in the Interim bill, shall be waived-off .
