Yes, it completely sucks. We were really impressed about the 4 mbps unlimited plan. But from the day one, till now, it has been a month and it works when it wants and not when we need. We have registered many complaints but still its not working.
I am commenting here so that atleast now they can understand how bad their service is.in Chennai-Velachery.
