Too bad its now with Sify, but it appears the quality hasnt changed! Ive been with Tikona for around 3 months now. Activation was quick and well communicated; I was kept up to date with SMS notifications with service updates and emails detailing order progress.
I use a variety of components for connectivity at home and buy my own routers, and have never experienced connection issues with Tikona. But I dont know why one of my friend who stays in thane, who is also using the Tikona service facing many connectivity related issues with Tikona, when he shared his experience with me I was quite surprised because my experience with them was completely different.
I guess its ma good luck :D :D Customer support team has always been professional and helpful and billing has been consistent. Also Im happy with the download speeds; it is always as expected pretty decent but yes sometimes its affect in peak, but nowhere near as bad as what Ive experienced with Sify. If anyone looking for any broadband would recommend them to go for Tikona.
