I’ve been with Hathway, Airtel and Reliance had regular problems and poor support from them all. Tikona is good by comparison and the first ISP I’ve experienced that performs beyond my expectations.
I had a problem connecting to one website, for which I contacted the customer care, and they identified it as a problem with the website’s servers, so wasn’t really anything to do with Tikona, yet Tikona support still spent several hours helping me to fix the problem.
Brilliant! Nice speed, utterly reliable, support that is the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s really nice to be able to post a positive review for once.
