The main problem of Tikona Wibro is there technical staff actually no have any technical skill they are just metrics pass graduate who work as receiver of phone. The software who manage all thing also is not reliable. I cant say when which week/day I get good speed continuously. So my recommendation is not Try Tikona.

I logged a problem of getting slow speed more than 15 days 2 times technical person visit & several call, but still my problem not sorted out.

After my review on MouthShut.com the technical person from Mumbai call me. After giving brief about my problem they provide me assurance to sort out the same as soon as possible. Due to there quick response I increased support star in my review. But still my problem is not sorted out. The same technical person visit again and we justified the same reason for poor speed i.e. my ID is blocked by system for full speed.
I dont know why but they still blaming distance & poor connection strength, even I tell them that on a different ID I received full throttle.

Now the technical team reacting fast.
They call me more than 4-5 time and as well a technical team of 2 come to my home to check the problem.
Even both the person agree with my finding of poor speed there senior still wanna know why im getting low connection strength (but strangely its not affecting my speed if I used a different ID). Now im also interested after getting better strength did my speed be bullet fast then I surely re-wise my review to recommended it to my friends.

Today surprisingly no call, no email, no technical visit. Still my speed blocked under 700-800 kbps.
Now im thinking why not I claim a credit for lower speed for past 15 days.
Because 1Mbps plan is much cheaper than 2Mbps and im getting only 800Kbps, so they should have to give me credit for the slow/downgraded speed.
I also get the mail of my last month bill so I just write a letter to them to give me a credit for downgraded speed on the basis of below points:-
I filed problem in proper way by calling as well by emailing.
Problem not sorted out in a fairly/reasonable time period i.e.3-7 days. (ha ha I think I provide them more time then installing of a new connection).
Other ISP also have this type of policy & under consumer act it is also a clause of claim.
*I want to know your comments & view on this point.
Please also add your complain or problem below so it should made a policy by all ISP provider.*

Today I got a waiver of Rs. 200 in my previous billing for slow speed connectivity issue.
I feel thankful to all your support as well giving credit to Tikonas new fast customer support service to review & give me my claim in less than 24 hours.
But still Im waiting for the solution of my problem.
Please be with me Im updating you with all sort of things on daily basis.
Please if you also facing same problem, comment below so your voice also raises & may be you get credit of your overpayment of services.

Got 2 calls from customer care intimating that my problem solved but I told them that my problem is still pending.
So they check backhand is Ok but lol my bandwidth is still blocked under 700-800 Kbps.
Please resolved it immediately.

So finally friends my problem sort after so may technical visits & Call & emails my problem come to end.
The cause of problem still unknown but as I told you earlier the Tikona services is worst not by there infrastructure but by there system which they use for managing all connection as well poor local customer support.
By the way I thanks to that Mumbai Tikona CC person Abhishek, who taken care my problem since inception and sorted out.
So my final review & points is here as you see above.
