I paid subscription for TIKONA Broadband on 26-JUN-2012. I paid an amount of Rs.3000/- for the subscription with application no.50000020963900 to the Sales Executive ID 500057914 (Raghu-9900362640). I was told by the sales executive that installation will be done in 48 hours, but till date (04-JUL-2012), I have not got the installation done. The sales person used to contact me daily until I paid for the subscription but after the payment, the response is worst (never gave a call back).
I have called the customer care multiple times and even given a complaint regarding this (Reference No.1-2370529453). I contacted the local area manager (Varthur area, Bangalore) but he just gave a commitment that it will be done on Sunday (01-JUL-2012) and then he was not even receiving my calls (Contact no.9035089111). Guys please dont fall into their trap, because once you pay them, they never give any response to whatsoever contact you try to do( email as well as customer care). Hopeless service !!
