I closed my connection 5 months back(it is crappy btw), and I was using my own modem, they never gave me any.
Now after 5 months they have woken up, and are threatening me with legal action if I do not return their modem, which I never had in the first place.
If you don’t want to trade away your peace of mind for a below-average broadband service, NEVER get Tikona.
Best part is, their customer care number doesn’t even work, so there isn’t anyone I can talk to. All they have is a customer care id, from which they send you don-not-reply marked threatening emails.
