No proper services and harresment during disconnection. Till date not received full and final bill and name of person to collect equipment from disconnection date 24Jan2015.
I have taken tikona connection for monthly package of Rs800/- per month covering 20 GB at speed of 4mbps. They had a habit of slowing down the speed each month after completion of 10 GB usage thus making sure the customer does not use 2-3 GB minimum per month. I threfore request for disconnection on 24 Jan, 2015 and drop a email for full & final settlement to take over the equipment which has not happened till date.
