I have been facing serious issues with Tikona broadband for 3 past months. Every two days ones, I used call the customer care but no use, the support engineer used to say “your problem will get resolved within 24 hours and our technical team will reach your place with 24 hours to solve the problem” . But I never got the permanent solution yet.
Finally, I decided to disconnect the connection and request was made on March 6th 2015 .But still no proper response from them; however the bill was generated with amount of 1000. I called them and checked my status the response provide to me was very very annoyed me.
The response “Since my modern is in active state they did not disconnected my connection and now their requesting me to turn off my personal modern to stop receiving internet “
Initially they informed me that the disconnect process will be 15 days .I haven’t received any information from them so I called them to again to check the status, they informed me that I failed to answer the confirmation call from the customer care and so I have requested again for disconnecting the connection.
But still no response so I reached customer care and again the Technical engineer gave a rude response that the process will take 45 days, along with that a confirmation mail will be send to mail id then you will reach the technical team for removing process.
My serious advice to anyone reading this and thinking of opting for Tikona is to stay miles away from these services.
