Very bad experience with tikona

I have taken connection 4mbps 30 gb plan 1 week back hoping for experience but I am facing worst experience here. I discount frequently and download speed is so low. Although in speed test not observing any abnormal but during surfing it is not giving beyond few kbps. It is one of the worst connection I am facing
