I have personally used tikona’s internet service for around 1 year and trust me I would never ever recommend anyone to use this internet service provider , 1 had opted for their 10 mbps plan which charged around 1000 including taxes but the speed which I got was very slow at midnight and morning speed was maximum as 1 mbps and by daytime speed decreases to 100-500 kbps and whenever I call them to impove the service they dont respond properly and their serviceman come after weeks and still speed doesnt get better and most of the time the internet doesnt connect . Trust me I those were worst time for me using internet
