I am using Tikona from almost 2 years now, and for a change im getting the internet speed as promised sometimes there are issues with the connectivity or the speed but still it works great
I rarely call the for tech support as I can take care of but there are times when I cant do anything I have to give tikona tech support a little trouble.
Fine the speed of the internet is great Im using 4mbps for 30 gb and after the desired Gbs are over it gives me 1mbps speed for unlimited usage which is fair and nice I still can watch movies online with minimum buggering and I do not have any complains but what I do have a small problem with the support staffs as all they do is provide you with basic tech steps as switching off and on the modem and the router and try to connect with the internet which I do follow before calling the tech support and in-case if they still cant help me all they do say is that ‘’ My Complain is registered with them and they will resolve it in the next 24hrs’’ I mean the internet speed is good the billing dept are okies then y not the tech support.
If anyone is thinking for opting Tikona Broadband they can because it is fast and the prices are also great with different offers the only thing which is keeping them behind is the tech support, try to add more relevant and useful tech steps.
