The concept of wireless broad band is an innovate one where we expect it to fair over other service providers. On contrary it looses its advantage over optical fibers which gives you uninterrupted services.
Speed: Due to its wireless modem the speed isn’t up to the mark. Optical fibers provide you with better speeds. Though downloading a page or surfing isn’t a big problem but downloading torrents will make you pull your hair out. Uploading is no where close to the promised speeds.
Customer services is even worse. The issues are never resolved in committed time. Its take very long time to even get to the support.
My suggestions: Opt an ISP with optical fibers.
