Please avoid tikona broadband , I had a horrowing experience with Tikona, the internet rarely works, the customer care takes ages to come online..and the service on disruption is virtually non- existent..the engineer comes in a day or two to resolve your problems...
Use Tikona if you are very happy with your life and balance it with bad.
Or just shift to your regular local cablewallah. He’s always trustworthy and answers on prompt, even if he’s no engineer...
