All the Mouthshut users beware of these fraudsters, they claim to provide good broadband services at cheap rates but in reality you would get no/low quality services.
I have been using Tikona Broadband services since last 8 months and my experience is pathetic to say the least. The promises of 4MBPS have been made by Tikona but I never got more than 2 MBPS, the worst part is I hardly got uninterrupted services continuously for a week, forget about a month.
Since last two months my experience is nothing less than a nightmare, they have not been able to fix their connectivity issues after repetitive complaints, and now I have been waiting for my disconnection to take place since last one month.
They made numerous attempts to convince me to continue with their worst services, but I am in no mood to change my mind and I want the disconnection to happen at any cost, but again these guys are hell bent on to avert the disconnection and pushing my patience to the limits.
I have wasted my countless hours on their customer care call centers to get my disconnection request processed, but it seems that they are in no mood to do so.
Now, I am taking this fight to the social media and also contemplating to take this case in consumer forum.
Tikona, just wait and watch, I am going to spread these good words on all the social networking sites, and would try my level best to save many innocent users from falling in your trap.
