Fraud company

Hi, I have a very worst experiance with this vile company. It was my bad time when I chose it. I used it about 1 year. I used to pay 800 per month. It was very costly. Its service was too bad. After one year service became from bad to worst. I complainted to customer care many times but customer representative are very rude and vile. They have no manner how to talk with customer. Once I was facing connectivity problem.i called to customer care. Representative refused to send technician to my home. He said me to arrange local technician .i was taken aback to see his attitude. I complaints by email about 20 to 40 times. But no response I had got. at last I decided to disconnect service. I called to customer care and asked for remove connection. Representative was suggesting me to not do such a action. But I was very upset regarding its service. I also emailed to remove service. Internet connectivity has been stoped but service was continued. I did not used its service after july 2017. But company sent bill of amount 2400 rs of next three month. I was surplused to see it. Company had sent messages daily on my registered mobile. I was disturbed from August. I did not used its service in August, September And October months so how could I paid amount. I called to customer care and asked to go consumer forum. After this company did not send me any message again. But in November 2017 , from Delhi high court Ms. Bhavana singh adovocate called me and forced me to pay bill. Otherwise my pan card will be blocked for 20 years. I was afraid. And I paid the bill. That call was fraud. Company cheated me. I advice all of you please avoid such a fraud company. Now I am using Airtel 4 g. It is hundred times better than Tikona. At last I want to say that Tikona is fraud, vile and vain.
