I asked them to cancel several times - But hats off to useless, illiterate customer support guys
Finally when cancelled, again the bill is being generated - thats the heights of their billing system
After cancellation I asked them to take the device back - Nodal officer says that you have not returned hence pay additional 1500 for that.
I contacted Appellate Authority- each time new nodal handles the case and the story never ends with them
