I had taken a connection of TIKONA. I was promised I would be getting a speed of 2 MBPS. Eventually I got 4 kbps. True 4kbps.
However the bill showed that I downloaded around 20 GB of data. I requested for a disconnection and it took almost 20 calls to the customer care and another 30 emails to get the line disconnected.
The person who came for disconnection coolly said the installation was wrong and the receiver was higher than the transmitter so it would not work.
Now TIKONA is harassing me for paying the bill for three months during which I was not using the connection. BEWARE OF TIKONA.
